1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by CorePath Business Funding, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

CorePath Business Funding is a marketing affiliate and broker that matches small and medium businesses with vetted third-party funding partners. We do not directly underwrite or issue advances. The specific terms of any funding agreement will be provided to you in writing directly by the funding partner before you sign.

3. Applications and Consultations

When submitting an application or booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept any offer, and CorePath does not guarantee that any specific application will result in an offer from a funding partner.

4. No Cost to Apply

There is no cost to submit an application or receive options. Any fees, factor rates, or repayment amounts will be disclosed by the funding partner in the agreement you sign. Read the full agreement carefully before signing.

5. Not a Lender

CorePath Business Funding is a broker. We are not a bank, not a lender, and do not issue funding ourselves. All capital is provided by third-party funding partners under separate agreements directly between you and the partner.

6. Results Disclaimer

We cannot and do not guarantee approval, specific funding amounts, specific factor rates, or specific terms. Approval and pricing are determined by the funding partner based on your application. Results vary based on revenue, time in business, industry, and other factors evaluated by the partner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorePath Business Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any damages arising from your relationship with a third-party funding partner.

8. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive automated text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to receive services.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content is the property of CorePath Business Funding.

10. State-Specific Disclosures

California (SB 1235 / SB 362)

For California residents, written disclosures of total funding amount, total dollar cost of financing, term and estimated repayment timeline, payment amount and frequency, prepayment policies, and APR-equivalent will be provided prior to acceptance of any offer, in compliance with California Senate Bill 1235 and Senate Bill 362.

New York (Commercial Financing Disclosure Law)

For New York residents, Truth-in-Lending-style disclosures including total amount of commercial financing, disbursement amount, finance charge, APR, and broker compensation will be provided in writing in compliance with the New York Commercial Financing Disclosure Law (CFDL).

Texas (HB 700)

For Texas residents, the funding partner will provide written disclosure of total amount financed, finance charge, total repayment, all potential fees, and repayment terms in compliance with Texas House Bill 700 prior to acceptance of any offer.

Other States

Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with commercial financing disclosure laws receive equivalent written disclosures prior to offer acceptance. Where state law caps the cost of credit or restricts certain enforcement mechanisms (such as confessions of judgment), funding partners will comply with those restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms waives any rights you have under the consumer or commercial financing laws of your state of residence.

12. Changes & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Important Disclosures

CorePath Business Funding is a marketing affiliate and broker. CorePath is not a bank, not a lender, and does not directly issue advances or loans. All funding is provided by vetted third-party funding partners under separate agreements directly between you and the funding partner.

A merchant cash advance is not a loan. The cost of the advance is calculated as a factor rate, not an annual percentage rate. An APR-equivalent calculation is provided alongside every offer for comparison purposes only. Approval, funding amount, factor rate, repayment term, and total repayment are determined by the funding partner based on application data and may vary. A personal guarantee may be required.

California residents: Disclosures comply with California Senate Bill 1235 and Senate Bill 362. Written disclosure of total funding amount, finance charge, total repayment, payment amount and frequency, prepayment policies, and APR equivalent will be provided prior to your acceptance of any offer.

New York residents: Disclosures comply with the New York Commercial Financing Disclosure Law (CFDL). Broker compensation, where applicable, will be disclosed in writing.

Texas residents: Where required, the funding partner will provide written disclosures of total amount financed, finance charge, total repayment, fees, and repayment terms in compliance with Texas House Bill 700.
